let me start by saying no... i dont think your being unreasonable. I always say to my husband, " when your at work you get a tea break and a lunch break, I GET NONE OF THE ABOVE!!" However after SEVERAL arguments, we actually agreed on this when he looked after the kids for a day.....! What I want to ask before jumping on the husband bashing wagon, (which i do reguarly) is this a one off?? Is he actually verbally abusive? or is this an arguement between dim husband and stressed out wife? There is a difference! If so have you told him in sitting down terms how stressful your day is , how sometimes how it is JUST incontrollable and you want to throw the towel in!! OR is it the case that he is a prick and this is an everyday occurance?? Sometimes just letting off steam and having a good old fashioned argument isn't the worst in the world, it may not make you feel better in the morning....... but at least your feelings are out there for discussion. His job,...... is not more important than yours and ...... truth be known, sometimes I really think men do no understand this????

Siamo!! Grin

I didn't read it that way but I've no doubt I will from now on!

Binfullofsiliconelimbsonthe45 · 30/01/2012 21:51

Eh?

I don't take a single tea break or lunch break as a WOHM so I can rush home when I finish work usually leaving the office at 6pm to get on with all the cleaning, cooking and chores.

So, listening to the conflicting voices in my head "what kind of mug am I...?" "obviously a self abusing fuckwit of a one!"

K999 · 30/01/2012 21:53

You don't have to start by saying "no".....you said it in the title of the thread...Confused
