both me and dh have been ill, so the kids have been pretty neglected this weekend.......endless dvd, and prety shit 'meals'

i feel so damn guilty that we haven't done much with them over the weekend, but didn't feel safe cooking when being sick and feeling dizzy

There's weekends that my DC have done that when I have been healthy.

Don't worry about it McHappy - they're safe and loved.

One weekend of DVDs and shit food never did anyone any harm. Ditch the guilt and stop worrying!

Hope you're feeling better!

I have served up some terrible meals when I have been ill. Sausage roll and chips is one I remember. Grin

I bet you that in a years time, they'll still be going on about the lovely weekend they had of watching DVDs and eating nuggets and smiley faces (or whatever). Children are like that.

Hope you're feeling better now

Sounds like an inner ear thing - go to the GP tomorrow as they can prescribe stuff to help. I remember DH wobbling everywhere when he had one, but the tablets really helped.

How do they make so much mess ! Tis amazing
