Last night I had a tub of sorbet. (I assume ice cream would do the same, but for the sake of accuracy, it was sorbet) An hour later when I put my hand on the skin over my stomach it was noticeably colder than the rest of my skin.

That is all.

very cool.

I love sorbet. Hate ice cream. Sorbet all the way.

I love M&S mango sorbet.
You can eat a whole 500ml tub without feeling sick. 2 is pushing it though.

Wow that's wierd! I'm totally trying that next time I have ive cream/sorbet! X

I think this works with hot drinks/food too! I normally have to let my tea sit for a while, but the other day gulped some down (hotter than I would normally drink it) and could feel the hot liquid in my stomach.

WorriedBetty · 14/01/2012 18:37

Did you rest the tub on your tummy whilst eating from it?.. did you... ??

bagelmonkey · 14/01/2012 18:43

No. I had a big cushion on top of me & it was resting on that.

You think that's cool

At the space centre in Leicester there is a camera that shows body heat. There was a pregnant lady and her partner and you could clearly see the heat given off by baby - that was seriously cool.
