When you use "last 15mins" or "last hour" AIBU is now at the bottom with _Chat. Think it is to encourage people to use more appropriate topics for their threads instead of using AIBU as a default.

GetOrf (and many others) have been asking for AIBU to go at the bottom like Chat does.

The reasoning being that since many newbies use Last 15 Minutes and AIBU is very active they may never get past AIBU and not see the rest of the site.
