Hello, yes I have. I highly recommend it, although expensive it's cheaper than a gym.

It is quite an experience. If you really engage, and give it your all, it's a hell of a workout.

Good luck! let us know how you got on...

PS the pain is worth it ;-)

I go to a competitor, BMF.

Before a member of BMF, I couldn't run more than a few hundred yards without panting and wheezing. Now I reckon I could do a few miles easy.

I tried gyms but treadmills bored me to tears and I didn't like the sweaty smell or the primadonna's who wander around bench pressing 200kg can't do 2Kg. Not to mention the fact noone ever talks to you and is either staring at a screen or plugged into some MP3 player.

If FF is anything like BMF (and I hear it is), then it's brilliant. You get pushed hard and do team games which makes me work harder as I hate to be the person letting the team down. The social side is amazing and it's totally transformed my life. My partner was a member of a gym and ended up quitting it and joining BMF with me.

It wasn't easy though. First few weeks I could barely walk or move without my muscles hurting. Right now my abs are killing me from a psycho abs session last night. But come weekend, i'll be back! lol
