The likelihood is, it still continues in some form or another. And yes, the UK was involved too, in less publicised ways. As was almost every government under the sun. Not worth getting freaked about, it happens, but not to people like us.

Not all volunteers. Universities, hospitals, old peoples homes, disadvantaged families, children in care, addiction centres, brothels (even pretend brothels created to recruit, with one-way mirrored walls) apparently....
