I don't think I know 1 person that has kept there including myself.

This year my aim is to learn to grow my own veg hopefully I will get something growing in the garden with the help from my children

I was fed up of breaking mine

So this year I resolved to eat more junk, drink more alcohol, spend more time pissing about on the internet and do less housework.

So far so good Xmas Grin

DH and I are probably really sad. We don't make New Year Resolutions as such, but we do set ourselves goals for the forthcoming year and smart targets to achieve them.

We're both intelligent and capable under-achievers and we've put this down to the fact that we are inherently lazy and enjoy nothing more than being busy doing nothing. Unfortunately, it's not very fulfilling.

Last year we were both working so our smart targets concerned our personal lives, this year, I was a 'victim' of the cuts and DH entered his 3rd redundancy process in 5 years. So next year our goals and targets will be both professional and personal.

We did actually achieve our somewhat modest goals last year. So the smart targets worked!!
