It was a washer for a toy pushchair, not a problem as we manage to use a k'nex washer to put the pram together.

Is it worth the hassle or should I phone them Just to let them know

They'd probably tell you to bring the pushchair back for a replacement, so it depends if the hassle is worth it.

Most hardware stores sell washers for pennies, you might find one in your local shop.

I've been sat here wondering why on earth would you need a washing machine for a toy pushchair !

PeaceofCakeAndGoodWineToAllMN · 25/12/2011 23:45

I doubt there's anyone there now.

Me too. I phoned to complain that the nut part of my toilet seat had broken after 2 months, was just expecting to have a rant and a brush off. But they were really good, they had a spares kit that they sent out to me with their apologies - totally took the wind out of my sails!
