They have blocked my phone because of a mistake they made and now I am having to wait fuck knows how long for them to unblock it. Their customer services are fucking shit and I have spent hours trying to sort this, being asked all sorts of fucking stupid questions like where was I at the very moment the phone was blocked .... They are completely useless and I recommend anyone thinking about going with to stay away .... Bastards, gits, twats, useless knobs .... So bloody angry as this has caused so much fucking grief ...... Including waiting bloody hours at major port trying to find family who couldn't get through .... Aaaarrrrrggggghhhhhhhhhhhh

Will dream about doing very nasty things to the staff at 3 tonight ......

There is a special circle of hell reserved for 3 Mobile. They have the worst customer service in the world, bar none.

Their approach seems to be that their customers exist only to give them money and that's as far as the contract goes.

I was with 3 Mobile earlier on in the year for a month. To be fair I liked their customer service but it was their signal quality which was lacking. I wouldn't use them based on that alone.

But Vodafone......now they REALLY get the 'go straight to hell' customer service award. Useless bunch of idiots. Totally.

3 took money fro a bill from my card twice a few months ago. I rang and was the customer from hell! They offered me £5 compensation...which I burst out laughing.

After about 5 ranty phonecalls,I got a free month's bill,and a change of price plan to the one plan I think they hate me now,though.
