Last week we?d been chatting and he mentioned his xmas work lunch and staff ad wondered if they?d all be allowed to get an early dart and go home afterwards or if they had to go back to the office. Last night I ask him if he?s getting a dart today (xmas lunch) ? he says he?s not sure but no point anyway. So when I ask why there is no point he says well it?s not like we?re going anywhere.
I took offence to this and thought it was very hurtful ie no point coming home early to be with wife and kids, there would only have been a point if we were going out or something.
Today I?ve been hurt by it and he?s totally forgotten.......fuming at him and to top it all he has text me and I reminded him I was upset and he says maybe it?s cos it?s PMT time...........he?d better come home tonight in armour!
Perhaps 3 kids off school and running around preparing for xmas is not exciting to come home to.....maybe next year I'll hire a wife!
