To be hacked off at Peugeot Dealership?

I had my tyre repaired, straight after the trim fell off and hit another car as the dealers hadn't put it on properly. OK an inconvience but the dealership have refused to replace my trim or fix the other person's car insisting it goes through my insurance.

They had just better reclaim it off the dealers, even though they weren't involved in the accident, it was their fault.

I am hacked off they wouldn't repair the damage and avoid the insurance.

Put a notice in the local paper, telling your story..It has got to be worth a mention?? Or try telling them that..You will be doing so..How much time had passed from having the tyre done and the trim coming off???

It was a whole hour and I phoned the dealership immediately when I had the other driver with me. I will keep on top of my insurance to make sure it doesn't cost me my no claims when the people who should be paying are the dealership for doing a crappy job. [mad]
