...that ELC havent made their delivery, despite sending me a text at 2pm telling me it will be with me by 9pm today!!! GRRRRRR!!

I had that too last week, got a text at 7.30 and said it'd be there by 9pm. It wasn't. My neighbour took the parcel in the next day as I was out.

I did email their customer sevices though as I'd paid extra for express delivery, they emailed back really quickly and refunded the full postage charge so definitely email them and at least get some money back!

i ordered quite a few things together from elc and it came in so many different packages throughout today and yesterday, seemed quite strange as they seemed to be from a variety of couriers too
but yanbu to be annoyed, try to get postage refund?

Package turned up this morning... delivered to a neighbour! No note through the door to tell me this!!
Bloody good job that it was left with that neighbour as she is a friend, the other one would have kept it and not said a word!!
About to e-mail customer services!!
