Apologies if this has been done before, but I'm sitting in a coffee shop and the front door is widen open, just letting all that heat out into the atmosphere - not to mention causing a draught. And from where I'm sitting, every bloody shop I can see has its doors open.

I can't even boycott the offenders unless I'm prepared to shop exclusively at M&S.

Shut it then?

I think it's also the customers' responsibility to shut doors after them. Staff are busy enough (usually) without nipping back and forward to shut doors they aren't even using.
