Mobile phone while driving

AIBU to refuse another mother permission to take my ds in her car, as whenever I see her driving she has her mobile clamped to her ear?

And if challenged by this mother would you state the reason why, or make polite excuses?

I found out that another mother who was taking my ds to beavers, had her car full, so my ds went in mobile phone woman's car. I've not said anything about this instance. But want to make it clear to my ds he does not get in this woman's car again.

Driving and using mobile phone is illegal for a reason, so YANBU. No idea how you would communicate it though.

YANBU. It makes me shiver whenever I see anyone driving while using a mobile - I wouldn't let my DC in a car with anyone who did.

YANBU.

I'd say something too, to hell with the consequences. Sorry, I'm zero tolerance when it comes to mobiles and driving Angry.

I'd be happy to piss someone off and tell them to their face why my child wasn't going in their car.
