To expect a 'Thank You' Card? (Sorry, it's wedding related!)

If other people have recieved them?

To keep it short, it would appear those people who went to my friend's entire wedding have recieved lovely big 'Thank You' cards. Those of us just invited for the evening (and still gave nice money donations, just as they asked) have heard nothing. Not even a quick 'thanks' face-to-face and the wedding was over 6 months ago!

Am a bit miffed. AIBU?

They asked for money from the tier 2 guests and haven't said thanks yet? Xmas Hmm

YANBU.

YANBU if other people have received thanks...

YANBU how rude of them to ask for money from evening guests, and not to say thank you. I would e mail or text to see if they got your gift as you haven't heard from them. Some people need to be reminded, esepcially as they are treating their guests as two tier, one getting a nice thank you card, the others not.
