Have done most of my Christmas shopping online this year.

Most things have either been left in garage, sent to post office or we have been in.

However, I have a card this morning saying they have tried to deliver something twice (no first card) and it has been taken to depot.

Rang number and got automated service saying I could either collect or rearrange delivery with sender.

The depot is nearly 20 miles away in the middle of the city and I have no idea who the sender is or any way of finding out.

It might have even been sent by someone else Angry.

Bugger. Angry

This annoys me about our post office as well. I can't go during the week except Friday and Saturday because I'm at work. I rung up to see if I could just ask that parcels be put in the greenhouse or shed, but they don't offer this service.

If you phone the depot then they should be able to give you details of the sender. Is it a reputable courier? I'd heard there was scam running and if you phoned it was a premium number and charged 30 quid.

It's city link so a reputable firm. The phone number gives no option to speak to a human being Angry

Can you have a look on yell.com for their office number. Or go online and see if you can get something from the ref no. They should be able to tell you who it's from if you can get a hold of someone.

I was just about to go Radio Rental at UKMail for saying they had put my VERY IMPORTANT package at the back door when there was nothing there.

It was outside my patio doors.

Glad I looked Blush

Katie I reckon I can guess your minimum age by your use of the term 'radio rental' Grin
