Paid £19.95 for some shampoo and conditioner from eBay on 1st. Later found I could get it from feelunique for the same amount but anyway...
Sent the seller a message asking if it's been posted as have heard nothing and not marked as dispatched (today was delivery estimate).
Received an email saying the warehouse had been broken into so they are waiting for another delivery and will be posting on Friday.
AIBU to have sent them another message saying that's just not good enough, they should've let me know and can they please refund and I'll buy elsewhere?
