To be pissed off at crappy 'Santa's'

On the main road into town some poor arse is advertising Domino's Pizza dressed in a 'Santa' outfit.

He has a Santa suit but the jacket is hanging open, not to reveal a lovely plump ho-ho belly but a really skinny guy with a 'Booze Cruise' t-shirt on.

And his beard is dirty. And he's too skinny.

It's a shit job but he's ruining my vibe man dressed as a skinny, drunken Santa.

Complain to the Manager of the appropriate Domino's that his representative is a poor Santa Claus.

shall I say he's just not jolly enough with the t-shirt.

They will think I'm a right loon - far better to just moan about it on here.

YANBU - my Dad was telling me the other day he saw someone dressed up as Santa in a department store as a customer at one of the tills. Apparently he pulled his beard down and started querying his store card account with the cashier, to the open mouthed suprise of nearby kids!

Still, might actually be helpful to their parents if they need proof that even Father Christmas is strapped for cash this year and can't get them everything?

Complain to your local paper that he has ruined the magic of Christmas for you and children everywhere and see if you can get some free Dominos vouchers out of them for your 'trauma'.

DH had a student holiday job as a lion advertising tile sales when he was younger and it is a shit job, but he assures me he was a proper lion who put in the effort to roar decently at passers-by.

YANBU. He has a duty to Father Christmas to represent his image in a decent and proper manner, but you can console yourself with the fact that he's probably on the naughty list now for being a slovenly santa.
