Oh don't even get me started on their call centre. My blood pressure is already fit to bursting.

My DD's phone contact ends in January after two years of monthly bills approximately two-three times what we led to believe they would be.

I've just gone onto contract with them - first bill seemed ok (although they told me it would be 6 weeks before I'd be asked for payment and received a request 2 days later )

I'll come and do some stabbing too!

I had an email account with them and haven't been able to use it for 6 weeks of this year due to site maintenance! I have now stopped using it and moved to another provider. The last call centre person I spoke to explained to me that I couldn't get access as there were "problems in your country with all the riots"! I was speechless!

Absolutely rubbish.
