AIBU re foreign aid

AIBU to think that if India can afford, amongst other things, to give away around $500 million in foreign aid then they should not receive any foreign aid (around $480 million)from the UK.

Sorry, back up, we give USD480million to India as they 'need it' and then they give more than that away to other countries because they 'don't need it'? What the actual fuck? I didn't know that at all!

OK, new cut we can all agree on, we don't give aid to countries who have spare cash to give to other countries. FFS.
