Why don't you just ask if they can thoroughly clean? And if it stinks a lot I imagine it is because the floor has been splashed with wee.

Do you know how to thoroughly clean around the toilet though? My downstairs toilet smells of wee, even when been on my hands and knees scrubbing the floor. When you have boys, the wee gets under the toilet and I can't find a way to deal with it.
