Just got a missed delivery slip from Royal Mail. Knocking on the fucking door might have helped, mr postman. Now have to go and collect it (is urgent) with poorly dd. Knobbers.

Do check the card first. We have to wait 24 hour before we can collect thing at our sorting office

You can arrange to have it redelivered. Just keep an eye out the window and pounce on postie when he gets to your house.

Had he knocked it would have drawn attention to the fact that he couldn't be bothered to didn't bring the parcel with him. Our postpeople don't even try to deliver parcels around here anymore.

That said, YANBU to think he should deliver the parcel as the sender will have paid for delivery, not keeping it in an office until you can pick it up!

Our postie did that to my mum last week she went out and tore strips off him, he just kept protesting that it takes to write out the "sorry you were out cards" it was just the normal postie but the parcel was still in his van he hadn't even bothered to take it out!

Haha, sorry delia. Wouldn't mind that, he's quite a fittie, if incompetent parcel deliverer. (a cuppa, not trying on my clothes, that'd be weird).
