Why does it leave a disgusting layer of powder on the roof of my mouth? It's vile.

YANBU. We're having sticky toffee pudding on Christmas day!

Why does it do that? It makes me want to vomit.

YANBU, it just leaves more for me.

I don't like it much either, but it's quite tricky to flambé cheese and biscuits for the 'oooh and aaaah' effect

Are you talking about shop-bought puddings? I make my pudding from Delia's recipe. The first time I made it was a revelation - it's much lighter and less claggy than anything I've ever bought from M&S.

We'll be having a melting middle chocolate pudding. Much nicer.

YANBU.Not that I've tried it,but I know I'd hate it. Sultanas = evil,candied peel = evil,alcohol = evil and walnuts = evil. Vile stuff.

What Christmas pudding do you eat? I love the stuff. Just a huge pile of fruit and nuts glued together with alcohol and cakey stuff.

Ok so I only added the Yule Log as I like to articulate in threes. Its alright. But I'd rather spend my calories on something else. Choc-chestnut Mousse pudding for example. (Trad Christmas 'afters' Chez 'Pru's Mum's)

I eat the expensive ones. Every bastard one of them has had the same effect. I won't eat the vile concoction any more. I hate Christmas Cake as well. Who on earth thought that they were a good idea?

It's truly vile.

A foodstuff mainly composed of raisins, currants and sultanas. Three immensely evil things.

I like a 'nice' Christmas Pud. But I can understand people who don't like it.

I really don't like Christmas Cake. Or any fruit cake, for that matter.
