If you get an email from the "Wills & Probate Office" - which links to a website with an imitation of the Royal Arms with the words Dieu et mon droit which feature on the real thing - please be aware that it is not "official" in any way, although it is designed to look as if it is. They are just another will-writing outfit; whether they are any good at that I don't know because I don't use any of them, but their way of drumming up business does not bode well. Delete and stay away!
