Pre order and Amazon!

arghhhh ds wanted codmw3 so we preordered 6 weeks ago from amazon.... Its still not here!!! Why cant they get it here asap???

What format do you want - the Wii version (for e.g.) isn't released until tomorrow.

Have you checked your account as that will have the intended dispatch date.

Something went wrong the other week with one of ds's game orders as well, ie it didn't arrive till 2 days after release day.

Well it was only released 2 days ago, so it will depend on the delivery option you chose.

With Amazon, if the release day is, say, Friday, they dispatch it on the Thurs if you order in advance.

In theory.

you will only get it on the release date if you choose 1st class if you chose free delivery it will be 3-5 days

really? I always thought they posted it on the day it was released, so if you went for free delivery it would take a few more days

If you pre-order you should get it on the day of release as they dispatch a couple of days before but sometimes due to very high demand, it is a day or two late. It happened to me when the second one came out. I wasn't happy about it either but I put it down to Royal Mail as I got the email saying it had been dispatched a few days earlier.

I ordered it first class, and it only arrived today.

Its xbox360 and it is so annoying! A cd i ordered on tuesdy has already come!
