me too, it's fucking raining and i've got to walk DD to school (DH normally takes her but he's been out at work all night)

they'll be gone to school soon, you can go back to bed for an hour relax and restart your day then Wink

snailoon · 08/11/2011 08:07

My son was in a mood because I (apparently) had lost his history book. There's always some crap at the last moment. Sports kit, books, bus money, lunch-- I shout at the kids for being disorganised, but I know it's my fault for bringing them up that way. After they are out for the day, I take ages to recover from the chaos and irritation.

AtYourCervix · 08/11/2011 08:15

shes fucking refusing to go. i'm going to kill her.

She needs to go!! Gcse stuff here too, smooth it over
Deal with her attitude later

AtYourCervix · 08/11/2011 08:54

DD1 is doing gcses and has gone.

DD2 has smashed up the house again and is currently in the garden. I have locked the doors. what she does next is entirely up to her but she is not coming in.

I have to go and see my supervisor today, I've not finished the work I wanted to talk to him about and the nanny's running piss-take late so I won't get a chance to do it on campus.

And I have a headache Sad

Grumpla · 08/11/2011 08:59

Some mornings I long for my own personal water cannon.

KatieMiddIeton · 08/11/2011 09:08

Hope everyone's day improves Smile

canttakeanymoreofteendd · 08/11/2011 09:14

She sounds vaguely familiar, I have a dd who is a dream and a dd who is a nightmare!

GuidoFawkestooearlymustdache · 08/11/2011 09:40

Cervix

{{{hugs}}} and Brew

(and a big fuck off to anyone who wants to come on and say 'MNers don't do hugs', this one does Smile )

leftmydignityatthedoor · 08/11/2011 09:40

Ds has chickenpox
Dd fell off couch and won't nap

Ugh

startail · 08/11/2011 09:48

DD1s bus didn't turn up, so DH had to take her, he therefore forgot to wake up DD2.
I expected a massive tantrum, DD2 is a very strange being, she likes to get up early and not rushConfused
However, she was lovely just got on and had her breakfast and DH took her to.
Must give her a big hug tonight, I was half a sleep I really didn't need her usual strop.

cory · 08/11/2011 09:49

me too, me too

dd has panic attacks and hyperventilates- sometime for hours

or tenses up so she puts joints out or her muscles go into spasm and she can't sit upright

and we've not getting much sleep either because of the bloody hyperventilating

had to call the paramedics out night before last, first time in years, I just couldn't get her to control it, went on for hours

and then she stresses because she is missing time off school

and she's also doing GCSEs

and I have a publishing deadline at the end of the month

and I've had bloody 15 years of broken nights

boooooohooooo
