when I started using Facebook, I did quiet enjoy tracking down long lost friends...but lately I feel it's turned into a 'self propaganda' machine for many who make it their life's mission to rub it on your face that ' I've jst made the BEST chocolate cake EVER!!!!!!!' of course with the mandatory pic of a gigantic cake or constant updates of 'OMG I'm having the BEST holiday EVER in FLORIDA!!!' or 'I've just had the BEST tapas in the whole of SPAIN' which is then followed by about 500 pics of people standing by random buildings which has some name board which spells out the name of the city.it's driven me to the point to cut some of those people from my life...AIBU??

What's wrong with that? :)

Mojito we thought we were hilarious but I did get a bit fed up of trying to think of ever more ludicrous claims for my status updates! It all got a bit out of hand when I claimed I'd had a huge lottery win (one of those Euromillions massive payouts) and everyone got all excited for me. As if I would post on FB that I'd just won £100m Hmm
