to feel increasingly fed up with micro scooter menaces?!

There are a couple of families with two boys each who zoom down hills on their scooters regardless of who's in the way, also ploughing into crowds trying to get into school gates. The parents don't seem to tell them not to do this and are walking behind, presumably just glad the kids are away from them! I know it must be hard with two boys and my kids have scooters too but I wouldn't let them go off down hills towards people!

It's no harder with 2 boys than it is with 2 girls!

But I gate the scooters too. Bloody hurt if they catch you!

Invariably these kind of scooters have the handlebars set far too high for the child riding them - for some reason parents like to set them at or above chest height, making the child wobble about everywhere as they struggle to steer and, when they do crash into something/one, having the potential to take out all their front teeth.

Would serve the little bleeders right

It's in the aisles of Tesco that I find them a menace!

They are a menace everywhere at the moment. Driving down the road where I live, there are kids zooming at fast speed towards the edge of the road every few yards. It makes driving in this area a nightmare as there are so many parked cars too and it can only be a matter of time before there is a tragic accident.
