I just asked Dh if h wanted a cream egg.

He said yes.

I rummaged, but I can only find one. He gave DS the other one yesterday. I thought we had two.

Obviously, I wouldn't have offered him the cream egg if I knew we only had one.

So I said, since he gave DS his cream egg, this one is mine.

Now he's bereft, since I offered and got him in the mood for the egg.

My method of eating means there can be no sharing.

AIBU to eat the egg?

No. Eat it. Tough luck. I bite the top and lick out the middle with my tongue and then bite the edges until I get to the bottom. After eating all the sugary yumminess the hard chocolate at the bottom tastes divine.
