to be really p***** off with Tesco ??

On wednesday the 19/10, they didn't deliver my delivery and they messed me around all day. Anyway, they charged me for that delivery even if they didn't deliver but they told me the refund was on its way. So 8 days after, still nothing. I called them first thing this morning and I was told that no the refund was never done. I have 5 pounds left in my account. I know I should have called earlier but I was thinking surely after last week, they are not going to mess me about again. Plus I already spent a fortune on 0845 number. Why are they like that ?

Is there any way you van go into the store and pick your order up? After all you have paid for it! Ring the store, or just turn up and cause a scene. Preferably with screaming toddlers in tow!

I can't drive unfortunately. One of their staff told me the refund was on its way and the reason it took so long it was because of my bank ! Then I called this morning, spoke to someone else to be told that actually no the store manager didn't allow the refund !

Tesco and also Asda are very bad when it comes to refunds. I am still owed about £30 from Asda from about a year ago and £10 from Tesco.
I did try and chase it up at Asda but they were completely useless and decided it wasn't worth the hassle. I will never shop there again.
I now use Sainsburys for my online shopping and I have never had any problem whatsoever.

I've had problems with asda too, they took payment twice even though there wasn't enough money in my account to do that! A week later when some money went it, it went straight out again to them. Had to wait 10 days for refund! Will never use them again.

I wrote an email to complain and didn't even get a reply! Eventually got my money though

Galaxy - I do agree with you in a way but this appointment was an emergency and I left at 10.10. The thing is I spoke a first time to tesco ho to be told that delivery was going to be late and will probably turn up at 10.30. I couldn't be there at 10.30 hence why we re arrange a slot, it could have been left at that. The guy who rearrange my delivery clearly didnt communicate with anyone hence why it all went wrong !
