postage to Ireland

Just sent a card to the Irish Republic. Only a cheap card. Think in weighed 22 grams. Cost £1 to post. (More expensive than card)

Really? It's only 82 cent to send a card from here to the UK, so about 60p?

Its not just weight though, its size now too....did it count as Large Letter?

A letter to anywhere in europe weighing between 20-40g is £1, a card counts as a letter ,
small packets are cheaper send upto 100g for £1.49 100g letter is £1.73
