FWIW I think that, when all's said and done and everything has been taken into consideration, on balance, it could be construed that, although whilst perfectly understandable per se, at the end of the day, more consideration could have been taken care regarding the delicate matter that such situations need from time to time, although the list of it's needs is not exhaustive.

So in that regard, YANBU.
