Ha, make you panic don't they. They other day, just after a nappy change, DS came down the stairs saying "I coming down the stairs with a dirty nappy". Of course I had visions of him taking the dirty nappy from the bin but no, it was just the fourth poo of the day.

wouldn't put it past him :)
