ok, hubby been on work jolly in spain for four days. We have been some what dodge for a while, and he has admitted to flirting with work colleague. So being aware of all this, he has not called, texted in deed anything, until today when he calls and asks if he is in trouble and then is texting all day with updates on his hell return journey... Why? I / we (three daughters aswell) should not be that easy to drop off the radar

Four days? That isn' that long.

Maybe he thought some space was better for both of you if you've been "dodge" for a while. You don't always need to be in constant contact.

If DH was away he would call to 'speak' to DD and to ask after her even if he was not bothered about speaking to me. I think 4 days is a long time.
