WIBU to complain to L'oreal

This morning, the brush off the top off my infallible brush foundation fell off whilst I was using it, scratching my cheek quite badly and also getting foundation all over me and my sofa!

Its fairly new, WIBU to complain?

Not at all, sounds like a manufacturing fault! And complain direct to L'oreal rather than where you bought it from, they need to know its happened so they can make sure it doesn't happen again
