Of Doctor Who, or am I just a big whimp. It really creeps me out, most of the time. Or are you a bit scared too.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 03/09/2011 20:32

AgentZigzag · 03/09/2011 20:33

CoffeeIsMyFriend · 03/09/2011 20:34

I went upstairs to read after about 10 minutes.

rubbish, absolute rubbish.

DD is in our bed though. She was scared as a scared thing.

inatrance · 03/09/2011 20:39

Those doll things were well creepy! Confused

CoffeeIsMyFriend · 03/09/2011 20:48

quite glad I didnt see it. I am not a fan of those porcelain dolls with real hair etc anyway.

create · 03/09/2011 20:52

DS2 went to bed when it was only 20 in (had enough). He's since been up because he can't sleep approximately 17 times!

RhinestoneCowgirl · 03/09/2011 20:54

Thought it was a great episode - classic Dr Who

Nice and creepy - thanks Mr Gatiss...

Nagoo · 03/09/2011 21:00

I haven't watched it yet, the trailer looked terrifying.

I love new Dr Who but it's not family viewing IMO.

AgentZigzag · 03/09/2011 21:03

I thought that was the spec for a Dr Who script Nagoo?

'Make small children hide behind setees'.

missmogwi · 03/09/2011 21:03

It scared the bejeesus out of me nevermind the kids. It was a bit much for the time it was on! Although I am a mardarse.

MotherMucca · 03/09/2011 21:05

Oh, bugger, forgot about it being on. iPlayer here I come.

SarahStratton · 03/09/2011 21:06

It was great. This series is shaping up to be much better than the last one. Except they forgot to let Hitler out of the cupboard last week...

Nagoo · 03/09/2011 21:11

agent My DS is only 4 and I watch it first, and if it's not too bad he can see it.

"but I'm brave... and I can hide under the blanket"

osb YANBU - I was too Blush good job that DS1 is still too young to watch it Smile

BallerinaBetty · 03/09/2011 23:55

I think we must be really odd cos none of us (me, dh and 12 yr old ds) were scared tonight.

Now if it was weeping angels....

Claw3 · 03/09/2011 23:58

Dr Who used to scare the life out of me as a kid, i havent watched it since. Mind you so did Worzel Gummidge, which probably says more about me than Dr Who being scarey!

Tee2072 · 04/09/2011 07:51

Sarah I had that same thought!

I found it a bit creepy but terrifying. Weeping Angels and The Silence are terrifying, IMHO.

Tee2072 · 04/09/2011 07:51

URGH! But not terrifying!

SarahStratton · 04/09/2011 10:21

The Weeping Angels and the one with the gas masks were the scariest. I only have to say 'I want my..' for DD2 to leg it and do as she's asked. Grin
