This is the most frustrating company... They are all efficiency when it comes to taking your 40 quid, and even squeeze another £2 out of you when you arrive in order to get your results posted to you which is very penny pinching indeed - but after that it's a nightmare. If you have a query you simply can't get through to them. I have tried emailing and phoning - they promise to get back to you within 24 hours but don't. Does anyone know how you can access your dc's results? The website indicates that I need a password but I wasn't given one! My dc's ID no. will not work as a password. Any ideas?
