To be nervous while at hairdressers

I'm sitting in the hairdressers, I'm in the US, trying out a new hairdresser. I'm having a cut and colour.

The hairdressers hair is pink! PINK!! I've asked for a rich hair colour with rich dark highlights. The colour going in was white! White! I'm nervous that I'll look like an alasation dog!

They have to bleach it first to get the right colour once they put the top colour on. Dont panic!!!

Oh ok. Lol that's how long it's been since I've been to the hairdresser. I'm going to relax and enjoy this baby free time!'

Have you left yet??? If not TELL THEM TELL THEM NOW!!!

If you tell them now they'll fix it now.

Insist that they rectify it. You are paying them, you have the right to expect it to look reasonably like what you have asked for.

Did they do a strand test first with a snip of your hair?
