to have a moan about home delivery

I'm waiting in today as I have a new buggy coming for DS. I guessed I may need to wait all day, so didnt plan anything.

This morning I got a text telling me my delivery would be here between 8.58 and 11.58 (very specific!) Guess what? No sign as yet, and its now 12.10.

I dont mind that I'm waiting, as I said, I thought I'd have to wait all day anyway, but why send the text ?!?!

it just came now, van pulled up outside literally as I pressed post!

I ordered 3 nursing bras from debenhams on 21st July and there still not here even though i've called them 5 times!

I think you are being a bit U - they were 12 mins late and they gave you a three hour window. Lots of companies out there still won't even give you an AM/PM. I've ordered a few things from Kiddicare and they have been great. (and no, I don't work for them! )
