Ive been eating a high protein diet and training hard for a month at the gym.
Stopped strict diet (not a weight loss diet, I get to eat loads, its for muscle) at weekend. I hadnt even had a cake or wine or anything for my birthday. Went out for meal and had some drinks.
Plan to start programme again on Saturday. This week I am still training hard (kettlebell class and 30mins cardio intervals after work today) but a bit easier on the food.
I have already eaten one jam donut after my dinner. Would I be porking to have another now? I am also thinking about some sweet n salt popcorn.
