...not wanting my smoke detector to keep going off?

Aaargh! Neighbour has lit her third bonfire since morning. Every time I think it's safe to open the doors on this sunny, windy day she light another one. My smoke detector has gone off twice today. Why would anyone light a bonfire in 25 mph winds?

It's my third smoke-filled day in the last fortnight...

Rant, rant, etc...

Put a carrier bag over it then until they've finished burning!

I love a good bonfire! Grin

Thanks Valium, that was exceptionally helpful! I prefer a spot of composting myself - better for the environment too! Grin

...and I think it will NEVER stop burning! It's been going on since about 10 a.m.

Do you think if I squirted it over her 6ft fence I could make it look like an accident? I've been trying to find a way...
