They can have my cat, he's a bastard though. Just dragged my jeans into the cat litter on top of anew cat 'egg'.

MirandaGoshawk · 02/08/2011 10:55

Good grief. How old is this person? Ten?

LoopyLoopsTootyFroots · 02/08/2011 10:56

How can you possibly want just any pet? Hmmm, hamster or snake, or maybe a pony... I know! An alpaca. WTF?

No, you're NBU to tell them off. It's an irresponsible person ad.

LoopyLoopsTootyFroots · 02/08/2011 10:56

i have told them off. Others have agreed.

theres 2 alpacas on an allotment near my house, with an ostrich, a goat and 4 sheep... cheaper than taking my kids to the zoo Grin

This was my comment:

I don't mean to be rude, but it is a very bad idea to get a pet without thinking about it very carefully first. Even a goldfish needs more planning than this. Any responsible pet owner won't sell you an animal with this kind of request. Pets aren't toys.

Is that OK?

Tell them to go to the RSPCA or Cats Protection they will vet them out properly.

The message sounds good to me.
