The following ad has been placed on local Facebook for sale group. AIBU to tell them off?

Wants a pet is anyone selling any don't matter what it is I just want one

"i saw a mouse run under my shed, you can have it if you catch it"

They can have my cat, he's a bastard though. Just dragged my jeans into the cat litter on top of anew cat 'egg'.

theres 2 alpacas on an allotment near my house, with an ostrich, a goat and 4 sheep... cheaper than taking my kids to the zoo

I don't mean to be rude, but it is a very bad idea to get a pet without thinking about it very carefully first. Even a goldfish needs more planning than this. Any responsible pet owner won't sell you an animal with this kind of request. Pets aren't toys.

Is that OK?

Tell them to go to the RSPCA or Cats Protection they will vet them out properly.

The message sounds good to me.
