Why do they put these sort of people with decent people? I know for a fact something has happened with these people before.

Pure hell.

Neighbours from hell does not even cover it .

Bless you, I havent seen your previous posts but feel for you, neighbours can make your life hell worse then colleages etc can because you cant get away from them.
