What qualifacations do I nees?
It is the second best after being an interior desiganer, whc I cant be because 1) I cant type and 2) I have not a creative bone in mye body.

I don't know but I'll be watching with interest because it's my default option when I get thoroughly fucked off with work (care)

I was an estate agent 4 years ago before I had dd. I didn't need any qualifications but I did have experience in sales.

Hmm. I think there are an awful lot of out-of-work estate agents at the moment though. It's not really a booming industry.
