To switch doctors?

I saw a new one this morning and he's bloody gorgeous Grin (and very professional obviously Wink)

I got slightly distracted about my reasons for being there (DD vomiting) and all I could focus on was trying to catch a glimpse of his ring finger while he was squeezing DD's tummy Blush (no ring but I know that doesn't mean much)

So, what reason can I give the oh-so-particular nazis receptionists for wanting to switch so this one can be my regular gp?!

I don't think doctors can have relationships with actual patients, though, can they? So, if you have dark (dark, dark, dark!) designs on him, it would be better if he'd never had you as a patient.

Oh good point. So maybe I could just make sure whenever DD needs to go she see him, so he's never treating me. Would that be ethical?

I don't see anything wrong with having a preferred doctor for your child, for the sake of continuity of care, so long as you're not a blimming idiot unreasonable about it.

For example, it would be unreasonable to say, "well, I think my offspring is badly, badly ill, but I'll take the appointment for doctor X in four days' time, rather than boring doctor Y tomorrow." You're not a blimming idiot, are you?

However, have you considered a dating agency?

Sorry, that was a bit patronising. Like most of my posts

Dishy doctors all well and good until they have to go peering up your fanjo with the old moonraker equipment to do a smear test. Kind of kills the romance, I've found....
