Nuffin. There is no food in the house.

VictorGollancz · 18/07/2011 11:46

Ham sangers, crisps, banana, apple, and wagon wheel that I purloined from someone else's stash. And I ate the whole lot two hours ago! Hmmm, now what to have for my SECOND lunch?

SpecialFriedRice · 18/07/2011 11:47

I don't really like eating low fat food or counting calories in meals. So if I eat 3 meals a day I pack on the weight. So if I eat one meal a day I can eat what I want and either maintain or lose weight.

Its a comprimise between eating 3 kinda blah meals or 1 meal that I really enjoy. So I got for quality over quantity!

Nancy66 · 18/07/2011 11:48

Am at home today and DD is with her gran so I am going to enjoy a Greek salad with some avocado thrown in and some hummus and pitta. Delish.

knittedbreast · 18/07/2011 11:56

ahh, the roast was good.

specialfriedrice, ive done that before. its a really unhealthy way of eating. i did it to save money and so our food could go further. i can easily live of one very tiny meal a day.

do you feel well?
