YANBU. So too poorly to go out with puschair etc? :(

Anyone around who can do the honours while you nap? Soothing music whilst on the bed in the vague hope he'll drop off? Huge sympathy, I remember how hard it was :(

fab - we are poorly too Sad my ds is 7 1/2 months and decided last night to wake up at 2 and not go back to sleep until 6. I was not a happy bunny.

TheOriginalFAB · 15/07/2011 13:39

Haven't the energy to move and ds2 is 6 and too big for the buggy. I am upset as missing dd and ds1 in their sports day.

YANBU
Have you tried lying down with him?

TheOriginalFAB · 15/07/2011 14:15

Just took him back up and sat with him for a bit. Will give him 5 more minutes and then go up. I need to sleep but don't feel I can until he is asleep.

fab, could you both lie down on the sofa, pop a dvd on for him and you get some kip? Sad about missing your dc sports day! I missed dds yesterday if its any consolation.

TheOriginalFAB · 15/07/2011 14:27

We had cbeebies this morning Smile.

I will be able to watch the sports day as dh will video it. DS1 is happy Nanny and Grandad are going.
