My parents bought DD2 one of those sing-a-long CD players from Early Learning Centre for her birthday yesterday.
We unwrapped it all at their house and left the packaging there. When we got it home I realised one of the two microphones doesn't work, think there is a loose connection or something.
If I take it to and ELC store will they or more importantly do they have to exchange it for me? It is clearly brand new but I don't have the box and my parents have now gone on holiday so can't get the receipt from them.
I seem to think with faulty items you don't actually need the receipt they have to exchange them for you....is this correct?
