Dd2 has chicken poxs and is running temp and grumpy :(
I have put her in tepid bath and she's happily playing and I'm sat on toilet lid on my phone looking at MN.
So how long can I do this for before I become classed as a terrible neglectful mum??

Put some porridge oats in an old pop sock, soak it in the bath and dab her with that. She will thank you (very soothing)! At least you are in the same room, so,YANBU Smile

I'd say about 3hrs 54 mins Grin

I don't have oats Sad
My cupboards are getting very empty very quick. Maybe if I leaveher in there long enough, she won't ask for lunch Grin

I'd say leave her until she wants to get out. Or until she, erm... soils the bathwater. Though in that case you could run her another bath.

As long as she's happy I'd say go with t. It beats the alternativem surely!

As long as she's happy! Pop a bit more hot in if she shows signs of hypothermia Wink

As long as she's happy, but not so long she gets trenchfoot. Grin
