I find it very difficult not to play with my iPhone all the time, but I make a particular effort not to do it in front of dh at times when he is not playing with a toy.

Perhaps we need some boundaries in our house wrt iPhone use! Anyone have any rules?

I can think of some rules that aren't too harsh. :)

-No iPhone/phones at the dinner table, whether it be breakfast, lunch or tea unless it is very important.
-No using the iPhone whilst someone is currently talking to you.
-Keep the iPhone in a safe place and stay away from it for at least two hours each day.

How's those?

You could also add:

No secret iPhoning when you're supposed to be doing something else.

On second thoughts, don't. That rule would be impossible to obey

I want to say YABU, but if I am being honest YANBU. I am guilty of the same sin , I cannot put mine down. It is an addiction no doubt about it.
